28 Oct Review: Terence A. on “The Life Saver”, by GREESHMA M.
I hesitate to describe this book as both a life-saving and life-changing piece for all humanity.
The author’s writing approach is one of a kind as compared to other write-ups I have come across. A book that is not just a self-help book for depressants; but then it radiated a whole lot of series about the realities of our inner life to that of our outer life
.
I must say that it keeps you on track to what it means to live a life worth living, thus, counteracting the negatives that suddenly goes ahead our way off the cuff. And honestly, the author made each writing and chapter more systematic and easy for all readers to read like me.
Honestly, the chapters of this book are so linked up in such a way that it keeps the reader
See, an aspect of this book that makes it unique is how each of the topics is filled with recommended activities. Activities I recommend for any person in quest for living a stress-free and fulfilled life.

The author however puts it more clearly,
“We focus more on fixing the problem than fixing the root cause of the problem and solving it and hence we prefer to be in the hospital than fixing our unhealthy habits.”

What are your life-saver lists, my friend? I advise that if you have none or not able to identify one yet. This piece of work can be of great help to discovering oneself. That’s irrespective of your current state, status, caste and age.
